Meet the Team

Rhiki – Office Coordinator

As Dickson Dental Studio’s office coordinator Rhiki is available to help patients with scheduling appointments, coordinating financial arrangements, determining insurance benefits and finding answers to their questions regarding their dental care. She also explains treatment plans, dental plans and patient’s fees. It is important to Rhiki that the office runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Our patients appreciate how helpful, resourceful, knowledgeable and informative she is.

Rhiki has an Associates Degree from Central VA Community College and a Certified Medical Office Management degree from Sanz School. She is fluent in Spanish and is available to translate and assist our Spanish-speaking patients.

When not at the office Rhiki is busy with her 2 children at their Washington D.C. home.

Tony - Dental Assistant/Treatment Coordinator

As an assistant and treatment coordinator,  Tony is completely dedicated to his job, and prides himself in learning everything he can about family dentistry. 

He is currently a student at Northern Virginia Community College.

Dental Assistant/Inventory Manager

He assists Dr. Dickson with a wide range of dental procedures and makes sure our patients are as comfortable as possible during treatments. He performs the sterilization duties at the office, keeping our patients safe. He also educates patients on the proper care for their teeth and restorations. With his wonderful sense of humor and strong knowledge base he is able to put our patients at ease.

Maria – Registered Dental Hygienist

As our Dental Hygienist Maria is responsible for our patient’s oral health care, treatments and education. It is very rewarding for Maria to help patients have the healthiest smile possible. Our patients always comments on how gentle but thorough Maria is. Once she cleans your teeth, no other hygienist will measure up.

Maria received her Registered Dental Hygienist degree from WV Community College in Roanoke, VA.

Maria and her husband have one grown son and a gorgeous granddaughter, Ana.
